As licen\u00e7as de software s\u00f3 podem ser colocadas em circula\u00e7\u00e3o com o consentimento do titular dos direitos. A licen\u00e7a \u00e9 concedida em troca de um pagamento que permite obter uma taxa correspondente ao valor econ\u00f3mico do software. O titular dos direitos obriga o distribuidor a vender o software de forma permanente, sem limite de tempo para a sua utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o. O consumidor \u00e9 informado de que o software est\u00e1 sujeito aos termos da licen\u00e7a e aos direitos de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do produto do fabricante do software.<\/p>\n<p>O comprador tem um direito simples e ilimitado de usar o software.
